Nia's areas of law are: conveyancing, wills, administration of estates, Power of Attorney, court of protection, family law.
Nia was raised in Cardigan and attended Cardigan Secondary School before studying Law and the Legal Practice Course at Aberystwyth University. During the Legal Practice Course Nia received the Student of the Year award for attaining the highest overall result in her year.
Nia joined Morgan & Richardson as a Trainee Solicitor in August 2012 before qualifying as a Solicitor in August 2014. During her time as a Trainee Nia also successfully completed a Master’s degree in Legal Practice which concentrated on the effects the Legal Aid changes had on Family Law in West Wales.
Nia now mainly deals with elderly client matters such as Powers of Attorneys and Court of Protection work, having a keen interest in matters where mental capacity may be an issue. Being a fluent Welsh-speaker often has its advantages in these areas and home visits can be arranged where necessary.
Nia is an active member of Capel Tŷ Rhos, Cilgerran. In her spare time Nia enjoys reading and keeping fit by running, swimming and cycling. Nia is happy to conduct matters in Welsh.
